1. Scope

Our website presents our training courses for physicians with an interest in facial plastic surgery and receives applications. No patient information is collected on the site; the application form is intended for physicians only.

2. Information collected

Information you provide: the name, title, specialty, institution, city, country, phone, email, course of interest and message you enter in the application form. Details of how this information is processed are set out in our privacy notice.

Technical information: our server keeps standard logs of IP address, browser type, page visited and time, so that the site runs securely and reliably.

3. Cookies

Our site uses only one cookie that is strictly necessary for it to work: a session cookie that protects the application form against automated and fake submissions. It is deleted when you close your browser. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.

If analytics or marketing cookies are introduced, they will only be activated after your explicit consent and this section will be updated.

4. Third-party content

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; in doing so your IP address is sent to Google servers. The map on the contact page is not loaded until you click “Show map”; once you do, Google Maps content and Google cookies apply.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites linked from our site (Instagram, WhatsApp, the faculty’s personal websites).

5. Information security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form submissions are viewed only by the team handling your application.
